CUSTOMER LOVED IT
I bought the Snake Transparent Sleek Case, and within just 7 days, the sticker print on the back began peeling off due to basic, normal operating heat from my phone. I never exposed it to any chemicals or rough handling.
When I reached out to customer support with photos and video, they refused to issue a replacement and blamed it on 'excessive heat or chemicals,' insisting it wasn't a manufacturing defect. Extremely disappointing quality and unhelpful support for a brand-new case.
